Google Keeps Getting Better : Shows Your IP Address
What do you do when you want to know what your IP is ???
You follow the logical pathway. You go to Google and type in “what is my IP” and then click o the first link which coms up. If that feels taxing to you, then here is a very easy solution to your problem : Google offers to give you the answer.
Visit Google and enter a search query like “what is my ip”, “my ip”, or “ip address”, and Google displays your public IP address right below your search query–as seen in the screenshot above. It’s a handy way to find your IP address that saves you that extra click through to a third-party site
To quote their help page :
When you type the query [ what is my ip ], Google will respond by showing you the IP address of the computer from which the query was received. In the simplest case, this IP address uniquely identifies your computer among all computers on the Internet.
